Are you a ChangeLeader?
Are you sharp? Prefer a challenge more than the status quo? And how is your passion for learning?
The JCF Leadership Institute’s ChangeLeaders program is a rigorous learning experience for community-minded individuals who get excited by the word CHANGE.
Our community faces challenges. Doing more of the same or taking tentative steps isn’t the answer. We need to be bold while building upon and safeguarding the solid foundation which those before us have wisely constructed.
Program Objectives
- To build a peer network of lay and professional change agents; a “brain trust” for our Montreal Jewish community for the years ahead. The cohort of 24 participants to ChangeLeaders will reflect the diversity of the Montreal Jewish community, and the character, passion and capability to see new and bold possibilities and to ignite action behind a change agenda.
- To equip the 24 change leaders with tools, frameworks, self-awareness, leadership skills, a common understanding and language, confidence and a peer network – all of this required to enable and support change.
- To provide a platform for open discussion, questioning and debate under the guidance of external experts toward visioning new possibilities and fuelling commitment and ultimately engagement to act.
ChangeLeaders is not about solving specific issues and problems. It is all about equipping participants with information, tools, confidence and a network to have better and more informed conversations that will ultimately result in change.
No one individual or institution has the answers to the complex and inter-related challenges and dilemmas we face in the Montreal Jewish community. We look to this cohort of 24 change leaders to step out front and to begin the process of catalyzing change.
