Requirements

• Letter stating objectives and reasons for request
• History of community involvement
• Proof of Quebec residency
• Letter of university acceptance (if applicable)
• Transcript of grades
• 2 letters of recommendation from teachers or employers
• Social Insurance Number
• Montreal address and telephone number
• E-mail address

Preference given to 1st time applicant under 25
